Shipping Policy

At YUGOstuff, we aim to deliver your purchases quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping process, delivery options, costs, and other important details related to your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping worldwide excluding Ireland – due to current Ireland customs clearance problems.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer standard delivery via regular Post office and DHL.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you finalize your purchase.

3. Processing Time

Post days are Tuesday and Friday.

DHL shipping out on Monday (unless holyday).

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are based on your location and the selected shipping method. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frames, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

As described in Shipping Methods and Costs, We might add that delays and additional costs may occur on your behalf depending on local laws of recipients country due to import taxes and processing time.
DUE NOTE during November and December (holiday season) delays WILL occur, 10 years of international parcel shipping shows from 5 to 15-day delays!

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. If you do not receive your tracking number, or if you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact us at info@yugostuff.com.

6. Customs

For international orders, please note the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the products or shipping fees.
  • Customs Clearance: Customs procedures may cause additional delays in delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays or failures to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or shipping disruptions.
