At YUGOstuff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the details of our return policy below.
1. Return Process
You can initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the package.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@yugostuff.com with your order number and reason for the return, with photos attached.
- We will provide you with instructions for sending the item back, including the return address.
2. Refunds
Refund is available only via PayPal.
Refund can be partial or full depending on particular situation, depending if items was defective or damaged in process of packing or shipping, or incorrectly packaged, or if the purchased item had a flaw that passed inspection unnoticed.
Do please keep in mind that most of the items on sale are vintage, and or used, authentic from that era, and sometimes no matter the good will, accurate description and measures we take errors can occur.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Buyer pays shipping charges.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@yugostuff.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
