JNA/JA uniform patch for UN mission – decommunized

Interesting piece we got here, a standard JNA patch with SFRJ flag,

issued and used in UN peacekeeping operations, but as seen on photos decommunized! 

Someone opened backside where velcro is and from both front and back side removed letter F from SFR Yugoslavia, and red star in middle of flag. As seen on photos outline where red star was still is visible.
